A big note of thanks to everyone today that helped me gather Thank You cards for the Orting foodbank, my goal was to deliver 100 cards....and we totally exceeded it...I dropped off 167 cards yesterday! WOW just WOW! I really appreciate all the help getting these completed as well as the donations of envelopes and paper! Y'all ROCK! Guess what I found out while I was there? This is about 1/2 of what they need for a year.....she said they use about 30 a month except during the holidays it's closer to 50! So on that note I am once again collecting Thank You cards for them....I'll just start a box and you can drop them off whenever.....please be sure they are flat mailable at regular postage rate. THANKS!
I think it's fitting I showcase a Thank You card today too! This one I made using the Sale-a-brations stamp set So Very Much, the DSP is the retired pistachio pudding and I used archival black ink. The punch I used has become a fast favorite lately, seems to be a good one to add one final element or to cover a boo-boo!
The card qualifies for the SUO Challenge #169, Celebrating Green! CLICK HERE to see all the great projects!
