Paper Pumpkin Pop Up Blog Hop Be Mine Valentine

Welcome to the Paper Pumpkin Pop Up Blog Hop! We are all fans of this monthly crafting kit and want to share with you our enthusiasm for this box of fun and creativity. The beauty of the Paper Pumpkin kit is that you can follow the directions provided in the kit to make the projects as they were designed, or use the supplies as a starting point and let your creativity run wild. On this hop we will be sharing lots of ideas with you on how to use the January Paper Pumpkin kit: Be My Valentine!

The kit is a Valentine treat project and we had enough to create 24 which is very generous when you think about it, we got supplies for 24 treats, an exclusive stamp set and a melon mambo ink spot!  I love that the kits are all inclusive with everything you need in the box including two sheets of dimensionals, glue dots and glue lines to seal the pillow boxes up.  If your not currently a subscriber you can see the kit by CLICKING HERE.

I am using the treat boxes for my grandchildren, a few co-workers and then I made a few into cards because I needed some of those too!

If you know me you know I love doing something with the negatives in the kit!  On this project the blue layer behind the melon mambo layer is from the negatives and the little heart hanging off the end of the sentiment is a negative that I fussy cut from the heart punch out.

Here is what the negative from the scallop circles looked like after I punched them out.
Above you can see that I trimmed them into thirds and then overlapped them and glued them together....this is what made that blue layer!

Now let's talk about the upcoming February Paper Pumpkin kit, they have given some hints it is a card kit:) YEAH!  It will contain 9 full sized mailable cards! They also made this fun video to show the creative inspiration that was used to design the kit!  The video shares the colors and some fun hints-I can't wait to see it myself!

I really am thinking this is a kit not to be missed so be sure to subscribe with your demonstrator by February 10th.  If I am your demonstrator or you need a demonstrator you can CLICK HERE to subscribe or update your Paper Pumpkin Kit.  Any questions please contact your demonstrator for help!
