Something Old Something New!

Today is my 27th wedding anniversary! We have our 2 grandkids here visiting this week so any stamping I can get done has to be quick and fast! So this is a quick card I made for my hubby! I also entered this card into the SUO Challenge 22, Happy Summer Anniversary!

Something old: Simply Said Stamp Set, Oval Punch...both of these items retire TOMORROW! Close to Cocoa DSP (already retired)

Something current: Very Vanilla and Chocolate Chip Cardstock, Large Oval Punch and Scallop Oval Punch.

Something new: Pennant Parade Stamp Set, Lace Ribbon Border Punch, Island Indigo Ink and Cardstock

Sneak Peak of New Catalog Products!

I thought we'd end the week with a sneak peak of several new products from the 2011-2012 catalog. I got a pre-order of a few new items last week and I couldn't wait to play with them! The cat (my husband) was away for a few days and I was able to play in the stamp room! This card is a long one it fits in a legal size envelope! Oh la la....it's a Waterfall card today! This was one of the cards from the Clever Cuts and Fancy folds class earlier this month. You pull on the strip where the daffidol ribbon is and the card pulls out and looks like a waterfall....so COOL! The honey pot has the 3D crystal effects. The Stamp Set is called Just Buzzin' By! Last week was my birthday and I got many cards in the mail! Love it! Anyways I thought I would feature a few of them on my blog this month. This one I got from my friend Karen R.....it's a great color combination. Real Red, Basic Black and Whisper White. Classy! Enjoy!
