Today I am attending the Stampin' Up! regional seminar and I'll be doing a glitter window demo! Check out what I've done to the Pendant Notes (see the notes you can order here). I simply put a piece of packing tape behind the punch out and then cover it with dazzling diamonds glitter! I covered the inside of the card with melon mambo designer paper.
