Big Shot and Embossing Folders

Recently there was a question regarding the direction of placing your embossing folder into the big shot. This week myself and super sleuth Lynn did some research. I contacted Stampin' Up! and Lynn contacted Sizzex! And the answer is:

You will need the Multi-Purpose platform on Tab 1. Just put the paper in the folder and place the folder between two cutting pads. Then it goes onto the platform and run through the machine. It does not matter how you put the folder into the machine. Either way or side is fine. Now there are times it does matter which side is facing up or down like with the In Color card we did in class last week we needed the paper kissing the logo so the the dry embossing showed on the front of the card.
