This cheery card is so easy and uses a bunch of scraps...always a good thing around here! The flames for the candles were made using the Blossoms Petal XL punch! The punch is featured in the Occasions mini catalog and is an awesome punch with or without the coordinating stamp set. You can see them both HERE.
