This month marks my 12 year anniversary with Stampin' Up! I thought I'd introduce you to my friend, Sandy that got me addicted....oops I mean started on this wonderful career! Many of you have heard the story over the years so bear with me if it's a repeat! Sandy was my hair stylist and we became friends over the years of her cutting my hair.....one day about 15-16 years ago she invited me to her Stampin' Up! party. I told her I would go but I wouldn't be buying much I wasn't really interested in getting another hobby going! Well that party led to me booking my own party a few months later and then about 3 years later to becoming a demonstrator. When I joined Stampin' Up! it was simply to get all my stampin' stuff at a discount and then quit. I figured it would take me about a year to accomplish that. The photo above was taken of Sandy and I in Kona, HI this past May. We both happened to be there on vacation at the same time...and thanks to the power of Facebook we were able to connect for little catch up date one afternoon.
