I am just loving the simple scored tool! The thing ROCKS! The pumpkin baskets I posted yesterday went together super quick and simple using this tool so check yesterdays post for a photo of the project here are the direction to create them:The box is a 4 x 4 square. So cut a piece of pumpkin pie 4 x 4. Then place on the simply scored board and score one side at 1 1/8 x 2 7/8 and the other at 1 1/2 & 2 1/2. On the 1 1/2 x 2 1/2 I cut up the sides of the small scored square. Bend & fold all creases and form the box. Use snail or sticky strip to adhere the box. Attach a strip of old olive for the handle....I used 2 silver brads for that.
Next punch 10 large ovals out...sponge them with tangerine tango. Lay them out so they form the pumpkin look and attach to box....I used snail to adhere them to each other and then attached to the box with some dimensionals.
The leaves were made with the Little Leaves sizzlet die. 2 of those and then I cut them into pieces and attached with a glue dot to the box. Then I cut 2 chocolate chip scraps into the stem!
I want to thank my new stampin' friends Sherry and Cheryl for this great idea, Sherry invited me to her house to stamp last week and we each brought a project to do.....this was Cheryl's project for us. TOO CUTE!
Have a wonderful Sunday. I have the pleasure of taking my parents to a new Church today...they recently moved into a new area and we are trying to find them a new home Church.
