Fabric Dress Info

Friday, October 12, 2012

Okay a few of you have asked about how this card was created so here goes:

The skirt  is made using Deck the Halls fabric (see it HERE on the Clearance Rack for only .99 cents) and the Scallop Square Bigz Clear die.  I am putting in a Clearance Rack order today so if you'd like to get some of the fabric or anything else let me know and I'll add it to my order!  You can pick it up here or if your local I will deliver!  Okay  cut 1 scallop square with your Big Shot and then fold it in and glue it behind the bodice.  It will be a tad longer then the bodice so trim off the excess.

The bodice was made using circle punches.  First punch a 2.5 circle of Cherry Cobbler.
Then punch in on the sides with a 1 3/4 inch circle punch.
Next punch the neckline with a 1 1/4 inch circle punch.
The sash was made with crumb cake taffeta ribbon.

Any questions call or write!  It's a fun card...great way to use up fabric scraps!
