Stampin' Up! Pop 'n Cuts!

This is a card I gave to my wonderful recruit Cindy a few weeks ago for her recent promotion! Way to go Cindy and congrats again! The card is very "glittery" using the silver glimmer paper and the pop 'n cuts card base for the outside cover of the card.  This is a really fun die I must say!

Here is the inside of the card minus the signature and personal note!  I used the dress form pop 'n cuts and the dress up framelits.
