Tea Party Vintage Card

Wednesday, July 9, 2014

In Chicago today on a layover...too hot to go outside....working on a Vintage card swap for convention next week.  Thanks to my bestie Lauri for helping me assemble the cards!   What do you think?  I am SO NOT a vintage stamper but I decided to sign up for this swap to "challenge" myself!  The photo doesn't show all the sponging and distressing I did!

Card Recipe:

Stamp Set: Tea Party
Ink:  Soft Suede
Cardstock:  Very Vanilla, Blushing Bride, Soft Suede
Misc:  Tea Lace Paper Doilies, Vintage Buttons (I colored with blendabilities), oval framelits, 1 1/14 scallop punch, itty bitty accents punch pack, pearls, very vanilla satin ribbon, Venetian Crochet Trim

Heads up tomorrow Stampin' Up! is adding a bunch of new things to the clearance rack...so check it out.  Locals I will be submitting an order EARLY tomorrow AM so let me know if there is anything you want from the rack or the weekly deals or the DPS buy 3 get 1 free. Or order online RIGHT HERE for best selection.

Some deals to be had for sure.  Catalog coupons and birthday coupons can be used in conjunction with these deals too!
