Yahoo it's time for our monthly blog hop and we've made a few changes this month......we actually have a name now for our hop....Inspire Create & Share...we'll still have a monthly theme but we wanted to come up with a name for our hop and I love it! That is really what we want to do with our hops is to inspire you to create and to share with others! Our theme this month is Red, White and Blue! The theme was choosen BEFORE the June My Paper Pumpkin kit arrived.....and when it did I just knew I had to do SOMETHING with it. What a cute kit-it containted the makings for 24 pinwheels (the pin wheel is on the right of the photo). So perfect for a festive 4th of July BBQ or party. Or.....a little girls birthday party! Yep that is what I will be doing with a portion of my kit I volunteered to be the activity for my neices 7th birthday party which is on the 4th! The girls will be making pinwheels and I other project! They are gonna LOVE it!
So here is a card I made for my neice Nora using the kit. It's so cute and very 3D. The card is oversized.....I will be making an oversize envelope for it with my envelope punch board. Have I told you how much I love that tool before? YEAH pretty sure I've mentioned it before! LOL!

Misc: June My Paper Pumpkin, Tiny Triangles Embossing Folder, Label Bracket Punch
On the punch I punched it in Night of Navy and Real Red and then cut it in half to get the layers under it!
I just love the My Paper Pumpkin kits....they are so portable and the projects are so fun...and heck where else can you take a class for $19.95 and leave with stamps and ink to use later? Love what everyone is doing with the June Paper Pumpkin. Really cute.
Can't believe we both had the same idea. How can you go wrong with Paper Pumpkin as your inspiration. And making the over-sized envelope was great.
