I used the Flamingo Lingo stamp set for the card and the packing tape technique. It's been awhile since we've done that one in class. But it's easy.....just punch or use a framelit on your cardstock then put a piece of packing tape over the hole....then put glitter all over the sticky side of the tape. It's a stunning effect!
