Welcome to the Paper
Pumpkin Pop Up Blog Hop! We are all fans of this monthly crafting kit and want
to share with you our enthusiasm for this box of fun and creativity. The beauty
of the Paper Pumpkin kit is that you can follow the directions provided in the
kit to make the projects as they were designed, or use the supplies as a
starting point and let your creativity run wild. On this hop we will be sharing
lots of ideas with you on how to use the March Paper Pumpkin kit May Good
Things Grow.
Personally I am head over heels in love with this kit! I always make at least one or two of the kit as per directions (you can see the kit and the u-tube on my post earlier this week, CLICK HERE) and then I usually go a little cra cra being creative...this month that has been super easy for me. Here are a few of my alternate projects!
On this one I took one of the pouches and trimmed it and used the inside of it as a layer!
On this one I added a layer of So Saffron card stock to the kit. I used my stampin' blends to color the pearls on the wooden embellishments.

Both of your cards are so beautiful! It's hard to pick a favorite, but I think the crumb cake and so saffron are beautiful together! TFS and thank you so much for putting together such a wonderful and fun pop up blog hop!
Deb your cards are lovely! TFS
Thank you ladies! I am so glad we found such a talented group to hop with!
Wonderful cards Deb. I love the striped background for your first card for a bright bold look and the soft contrast in the second card with the tone on tone background with the pastel flowers. Beautifully done. :)
Thanks Tricia!
Very pretty cards. Love that you used the inside of one of the envelopes as a layer. Great ideas! Thanks for organizing the hop!
Thank you Sharon! Thanks to you too for all your help love the name you suggested!
Love how the Saffron really makes it pop. Appreciate the tip on Blends on the pearls. Super pretty, thank you for the inspiration (good thing I saved some supplies!!)
Good idea to inside out the envelope and use as a mat. Brings a springtime feel to the design!
Thanks Shirley!
