ICS Blog Hop Calligraphy Essentials Project Kit

Thursday, November 1, 2018

It's time for the monthly Inspire, Create, & Share Blog Hop...we're a little early this month because many of the group will be away next week attending the annual Stampin' Up! On Stage Event.   Our theme this month is Christmas is Coming, it will be fun to see what the team comes up with to inspire you for some 3D gifts!

For me that means getting some handmade projects done for gifts!   I have made several card sets to give away to my non-stamping friends and family this year.

Each box holds 4 cards, depending on the embellishments and layers of your cards you can get 4-6 in each box.

Here are the 4 cards:

I love that the envelopes are decorated and coordinate with the cards!

I used the Calligraphy Essentials Project Kit to make these cards, I elected to make them quicker by using alternate greetings I had in the studio!

The kit contains everything (except the stamps and adhesives) to make 16 cards, so I am able to get 4 gifts out of each card kit.  You could do the same type of gift using designer series paper too!  These just went together super quick for me because everything was cut, scored ect!

Here is the kit, you can click on the photo and it will take you to my website to see pricing and other details: (the calligraphy practice sheets I turned over and used as whisper white layers on other projects)

Have a great day,

Love this, Deb! I would have never given that kit a second look, but with you featuring those beautiful cards and using them in the acetate box as a gift set, I now am thinking twice about this kit! I love calligraphy and have been wanting to try it, so this would be a perfect opportunity! What a great gift, and fabulous project. Thank you for sharing!
