Kre8tors Blog Hop

Happy Sunday Stamper's and welcome to the monthly Kre8tors blog hop, this month our theme is florals my favorite!  I just got the Perennial Essence Designer Series Paper a few weeks ago and I knew I wanted to play with it for my project!

One of the awesome things about this DSP is it coordinates with MANY colors: Balmy Blue, Blackberry Bliss, Blueberry Bushel, Calypso Coral, Crushed Curry, Flirty Flamingo, Mossy Meadow, Old Olive, Petal Pink, So Saffron, Whisper White.  The color coordination gives you many choices, I choose to work with Balmy Blue and Blackberry Bliss...those two look amazing together.

Once I had that part done and had cut the paper and laid it out I just couldn't bring myself to stamp or do anything to the paper as the card looks like a portrait as it is.  I think this is the first card I've made with NO STAMPING or punching or something on the front but I just couldn't bring myself to do it!
I decided to leave the stamping for the inside and the envelope.  You know when you cut a piece of DSP in to 4 by 5 1/4 you always have that little piece leftover well it make a nice inside piece to tie the card together!  The sentiment is from the Butterfly Gala stamp set.

I stamped the envelope with the Perennial Birthday stamp set,  I am really low on birthday cards at the moment so I need to build my card stash up!

Here's a short little video that showcases all of the beautiful papers in this DSP package.  If your receiving this post via e-mail you will need to click on The Flying Stamper at the top of the email to view the video.

Now hop on over to my pal Annette's page and see what floral creation she has to share with us!

There’s nothing like letting this gorgeous DSP speak for itself. It’s amazing how many of our gorgeous cardstock colors go with it. ❤️

A lovely card. A great idea to let the DSP take centre stage on the front and then stamp inside. x

Such a beautiful card! That paper really stands out on its own and doesn't need anything else to make a gorgeous card. Thanks so much for hopping with us and sharing your beautiful floral project!
