Hope everyone had a fantastic Friday! I did started my day with a few errands a trip to the Chiropractor woke up with a very angry back this am! My awesome Chiro fixed me up and we headed to the bike trail for a 11 mile bike ride! Here's my Covid-19 bike riding gear! LOL! I don't usually wear a mask while riding but I was also doing a few errands on my ride!
