The Flying Stamper: Celebrating Our Beautiful Sister Michelle Today

Hello Stampers! Tomorrow is the one year anniversary of my beautiful sister Michelle getting her Angel Wings. While time seems to have gone by quickly it's not been easy for me. Not a day goes by that I don't remember something or am reminded of her. As my younger sister put it I not only lost my sister I lost my best friend. I miss her so much. While I am the older sister I've actually discovered this past year that I learned so much from her and many of the things I do daily were ideas or inspired by her.

Here is a photo of the two of us in 2017, we were wine tasting in the Pismo Beach, CA area! We loved doing this together and visited many wineries in Washington and California together over the years.

My youngest sister Kristie and I are spending today with Michelle's daughter and her grandsons we will be celebrating and remembering her. We are starting by making breakfast in the morning for the family featuring the famous Michelle inspired bagels and some other foods she loved. The day will end at the Grande Ole Opry which is a venue she loved. We were able to go together in June of 2019, even got to dance with Larry Gatlin! Here we are, it was Michelle's idea to get those front row seats and I am so glad we did!

He came off stage and grabbed her first, then he spun her and grabbed me...when he grabbed me he said oh I got one my size this time. My sister was a lot taller then me...Larry is about my height!

We are very excited that Anne Wilson will be playing tonight. I hope she plays her beautiful song My Jesus. Michelle would have loved this song! The song was inspired by Anne's older brothers passing. If you haven't heard it before CLICK HERE so you can, it's a beautiful song!
