Mrs. Claus Dress with Dress Up Framelits

Isn't this the cutest card ever?  My very talented neighbor and friend Terri made/gave me this card a few days ago.  It's so cute and a keeper for sure!  What a great out of the box idea for the dress up framelits and the scallop punch!  Enjoy and thanks Terri for allowing me to post/share!
